Eric McClung
PresidentEric joined the company in 2013 as President and stakeholder. Prior to R&S, Eric led sales, marketing and operations for several tech companies during high growth and acquisition stages. He promotes an open and engaging company culture centered on product quality, service and support. Eric attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned a Bachelors in Business administration. Outside of the office he is a mountain bike enthusiast and all-around sports fan.

Jennifer McClung
VP of OperationsJennifer began working at R&S in 2013 to run the Accounting functions and daily operations of the company. Prior to joining, she spent the majority of her career in the financial space, working for an online brokerage firm and one of the major credit bureaus. Jennifer’s focus was on product development, both offline and online, with an emphasis on customer experience. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science. In her spare time, you can find her sipping wine and planning her next travel adventure.

Mark Diego
Director of EstimatingMark joined R&S in 2013 as an Estimator. Prior to R&S, Mark was a design engineer for a machining company and oversaw multiple projects. Mark graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2010 where he earned a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. On his free time, Mark enjoys cycling, watching sports, and dabbling in aerial cinematography.

Gabe Herrera
Marketing ManagerGabe joined the R&S team in 2023. Prior to R&S, he worked his way through multiple areas of business in the aftermarket automotive industry. Gabe enjoys finding creative solutions to reach internal goals and help his teammates grow. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BFA in Art and Design. On his off time, you can catch Gabe brewing up a tasty beer or seltzer with his home brew club, Ojai Beer Barons.

Felipe Gutierrez, Sr.
Production ManagerFelipe Sr. joined R&S in 2007 as CNC/Programmer and Assistant Production Manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in sheet metal operations. Previous roles include CNC Programmer and Estimator with 5 different organizations during his career. Felipe graduated from trade school with a concentration in Drafting, Design, and Programming in 2006. In his spare time Felipe enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and watching his beloved game of soccer.

Felipe Gutierrez, Jr.
ProgrammerFelipe Jr. joined the team in 2013 as an assembler on the shop floor. He quickly mastered the operation of all production machines demonstrating his knowledge of shop flow and product assembly. This background provided an opportunity to step into his current role as lead programmer in 2018. Felipe is an avid golfer that enjoys playing every weekend possible.

Martin Ramirez
Shop SupervisorMartin joined R&S in 2008 as a machine operator, with more than 15 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. Previous experience includes punch press, press brake, and laser operator. Martin continues to remain focused on improving his skill set by attending training classes in machine operation. He currently serves as Shop Supervisor, putting his experience to use. Martin loves to go to the gym and take long walks.
